Refund & Return Policy – The Skin Edit

At The Skin Edit, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened or used.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A wrong item
  • A missing item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue

We will review the case and offer a replacement or store credit where applicable.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable for prepaid orders in case of verified damage or error from our side.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method or bank transfer.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for refunds; replacements or store credit may be offered instead.

Non-Eligible Cases

  • Change of mind
  • Skin reactions or allergies (please patch test before use)
  • Incorrect address or failed delivery due to customer unavailability
