Order

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed directly through www.tsetheskinedit.com by adding items to your cart and completing checkout.

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid payment options (availability may vary at checkout).

Orders are delivered within 2–5 working days across Pakistan, depending on location and courier operations.

Yes, we deliver all over Pakistan using reliable courier partners.

Tracking details are shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or email once your order is dispatched.

Exchange & Returns

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used skincare products.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos and your order number. Our team will assess and resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds apply only to prepaid orders in cases of verified error or damage. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.

Cash on Delivery orders are not eligible for refunds. In approved cases, a replacement or store credit may be offered.

Non-eligible cases:
